And I'm Off

I ran today for the first time in about 3 days. I am still in the same shape, but at least i am trying : ). This is the third time I have gone out on this training regiment I found online. It said that I should walk for six minutes and run for one in the first week and then each week increase the amount i run and decrease the amount I walk. hope it turns out okay. The reason I am writhing this blog is to document my experience and make sure that I stay on top of it. If I write then I can later look back at this and reflect on my growth. I am glad however that I managed to find such an amazing trail right next to my apartment. It has such beautiful and historic scenery.
